Position description: The Sustainability Engagement Manager, Member Community is responsible for engaging with members of the Center for Sustainable Business (CSB) to help accelerate their sustainability initiatives. Pittsburghers for Public Transit is hiring a Digital Organizer

Position description: The PPT Digital Organizer will work with the Digital Organizing Director, the rest of the PPT staff, and the PPT Membership to grow our base and win our campaigns by building out digital infrastructure, online-to-offline organizing funnels, and strategic communications.

This is not an entry-level position; we require applicants to have experience in digital infrastructure-building, systems development, strategic communications, campaign planning, community organizing, and facilitating meetings, trainings, and events. It’s a big broad job, and we work together to support each other so we can win.

PPT has a small paid staff team, and close collaboration is required between all staff positions and our 260 active members. The full-time Digital Organizer will start in mid-February 2024 and work out of our Garfield office but may work part of their schedule remotely. The Digital Organizer will report to the Digital Organizing Director.

Allegheny County Conservation District is hiring a GIS Technician

Position Description: ACCD is looking for a motivated, engaged professional to join our growing GIS team. As a leading conservation and regulatory organization in Allegheny County, ACCD possesses a unique set of data reflective of the local development and stormwater management trends throughout the county. Analysis surrounding these local trends can support decision-making processes to more effectively address critical conservation needs to protect, restore, and preserve Allegheny County’s natural resources. The selected GIS Technician will have the opportunity to join our Regulatory Team and GIS staff and play a vital role in supporting the management and analysis of critical data associated with ACCD’s regulatory and programmatic work. City of Pittsburgh is hiring a Food Justice Program Coordinator

Position description: The Food Justice Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Pittsburgh’s Food Justice Fund and engaging city and community stakeholders in the City’s food justice work. The person appointed to this newly created position will work with community stakeholders to activate the $3 Million in ARPA funding designated for the Food Justice Fund by the end of 2024.

This position is funded for one (1) year from the Food Justice Fund. Future years of funding are contingent on grant availability and other funding sources.

Position description: Our Product Flow Coordinator (PFC) works across departments to optimize the experience of Partners and Programs in understanding and accessing products from the Food Bank’s inventory. This role prioritizes the timely distribution of perishable and slow-moving products, particularly through innovative ordering processes such as our just-in-time produce distribution model, ‘Advance Choice’. The PFC will collaborate to balance customer/agency needs with sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and financial considerations. Position Description: We’re looking for someone dedicated to equipping youth with the tools that they need to effectively confront fossil capitalism, drive the clean energy transition at speed and scale, and build the just transition. This position will entail collaborating with other team members to integrate this portfolio’s grantmaking within our shared theory of change.

The Program Manager will lead our outreach and partnerships with youth-led or centered organizations that build progressive power for lasting change, as well as other organizations that create foundational conditions needed for youth to build and exercise their power. CELDF is hiring a Donor Relations Coordinator

Position Description: The primary focus of the CELDF Donor Relations Coordinator is stewardship of small to medium individual donors and building and sustaining a positive relationship between CELDF and its donors.
