Black Appalachian Coalition is hiring a Campaign Manager:

The Campaign Manager is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a dynamic, multi-state campaign strategy. Implementation responsibilities will include strategizing and organizing programs and events to amplify the Black Appalachian Coalition mission and mobilize community and policymaker support.

The ideal candidate is someone deeply invested in the region and who has a knowledge of the political landscape and diverse community networks in the Ohio River Valley; regional cultural competency; a background in community and/or political organizing; and experience in educating and convening community members, stakeholders and leading them to action.

Location: Remote

Experience: intermediate, demonstrable campaign management experience

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

PA Coalition Against Rape is hiring a Communications & Policy Specialist:

The PCAR Communications and Policy Specialist assists the Communications Director in promoting the goals and objectives of PCAR through policy, advocacy, public relations, marketing, and the production of publications. The Communications and Policy Specialist helps to develop PCAR’s annual report, and contributes to its quarterly newsletter; follows relevant news stories, tracks legislation, prepares talking points, press releases, blogs, and other documents; reviews and edits publications; hosts PA Centered Podcast; helps with Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and other campaigns.

Carnegie Museum of Natural History is hiring an Exhibitions/Design Project Manager:

The Exhibitions/Design Project Manager coordinates exhibition content development, design, graphics, production, and installation for both in-house, traveling, and temporary exhibitions. They perform ongoing project management, including (but not limited to) leading exhibition team meetings, representing the team at Museum-wide and inter-departmental meetings, and ensuring that exhibitions are on schedule and on budget. They are the conduit of information between the exhibition team and other Museum departments and the Museum’s main contact with outside partners on these projects. As needed, the Exhibitions/Design Project Manager acts as the Museum’s spokesperson to the press and media for these exhibitions.

The LMFR Process Coordinator is the critical link in getting food donations to Agency Partners via Food Rescue Volunteers using the Last Mile Food Rescue mobile app. They also assist the LMFR team by accomplishing essential tasks. The Dispatcher directly impacts the mission of the Last Mile Food Rescue organization by planning food rescues, ensuring they are well executed and maintaining proper digital records for reporting and process improvement all while maintaining a collaborative attitude and work ethic.

Greater Cleveland Food Bank is hiring an Advocacy Hunger Fellow:

The Advocacy Hunger Fellow works to mobilize the community in the advocacy work of GCFB. The Fellow is responsible for exploring new ways to engage with volunteers, donors, and GCFB supporters, primarily at the grassroots level. In this work, the Fellow will focus on mobilizing underrepresented populations, specifically Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities. Finally, the Fellow will work closely with the Advocacy Department to educate and lobby local, state, and federal elected officials to gain support for hunger-related issues and to increase funding to hunger programs that are essential to GCFB.
